Coordination of mind, soul and body (Athens, Greece)

Ancient traditions as well as modern philosophy and psychology consider the human body as bearer of the soul. In accordance to this, a series of practical exercises took place in Athens, by Nuria Jimenez, national director of N.A. of Greece, aiming at the coordination of mind, soul and body.
