New Acropolis offered all volunteers a talk entitled What to do in the case of earthquakes? The objective of this activity was to train the participants with basic knowledge about the correct way to act before, during and after any seismic situations to which the capital is highly vulnerable.

Topics addressed include the recognition of vulnerabilities in the city of Managua, the development of a ‘disaster plan’ and the correct preparation of a backpack and emergency kit.
