\"\"<\/a>Nueva Acr\u00f3polis en Chile organiz\u00f3 un taller formativo sobre la gesti\u00f3n de desastres y el voluntariado humanitario.<\/p>\n

En colaboraci\u00f3n con la Asociaci\u00f3n GEA Espa\u00f1a, y Esfera Espa\u00f1a, Nueva Acr\u00f3polis\u00a0 Chile llev\u00f3 a cabo un destacado taller sobre gesti\u00f3n de desastres y voluntariado humanitario.<\/p>\n

El evento cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n especial de Iv\u00e1n Rodes, reconocido experto en Gesti\u00f3n de Desastres con m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el Cuerpo de Bomberos de Espa\u00f1a. Adem\u00e1s de su experiencia en m\u00faltiples operaciones de ayuda humanitaria, Rodes es especialista en Filosof\u00eda de Oriente y Occidente, y profesor en instituciones educativas de varios pa\u00edses. Actualmente, tambi\u00e9n desempe\u00f1a el cargo de Secretario Internacional de Voluntariado en la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional Nueva Acr\u00f3polis, consolid\u00e1ndose como una figura clave en el \u00e1mbito del voluntariado humanitario.
\nEl taller reuni\u00f3 a un diverso grupo de profesionales y voluntarios de organizaciones emblem\u00e1ticas como Bomberos de Chile, Cruz Roja Chilena, y la Central Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (Cenaproc), as\u00ed como representantes de municipalidades y fundaciones. Los asistentes, entre ellos coordinadores, directores operativos y voluntarios, destacaron por su\u00a0compromiso con la protecci\u00f3n civil y la gesti\u00f3n de emergencias, subrayando la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional para una respuesta efectiva ante desastres.
\nLas lecciones aprendidas incluyeron la formaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica y psicol\u00f3gica de los equipos de emergencia, la diferencia entre emergencias y desastres, y la importancia de la movilizaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n de la acci\u00f3n humanitaria. Adem\u00e1s, se resalt\u00f3 la gesti\u00f3n del talento, la salud mental en situaciones de crisis y la convivencia en equipos de intervenci\u00f3n. El taller concluy\u00f3 con una evaluaci\u00f3n del nivel de preparaci\u00f3n para la respuesta inmediata y un di\u00e1logo sobre la importancia de las redes para la gesti\u00f3n efectiva del trabajo humanitario. Iv\u00e1n Rodes cerr\u00f3 el evento con comentarios generales, reforzando la necesidad de formaci\u00f3n continua y coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional en el \u00e1mbito de la gesti\u00f3n de desastres.<\/p>\n
