El taller trascendi\u00f3 una simple clase de manualidades, ofreciendo un poderoso marco para la autorreflexi\u00f3n y la renovaci\u00f3n al explorar la belleza y la fuerza que se encuentran en la imperfecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n se dividi\u00f3 en dos fases distintas. La primera, &#8220;la ruptura&#8221;, anim\u00f3 a los participantes a participar en un proceso filos\u00f3fico de observaci\u00f3n de lo que est\u00e1 roto en sus vidas y a reconocer la necesidad de romper activamente viejos patrones para iniciar un cambio positivo. Esta etapa incluy\u00f3 un ejercicio de escritura intuitiva, donde los asistentes reflexionaron sobre qu\u00e9 partes de s\u00ed mismos deseaban reconstruir y entablaron un di\u00e1logo interno para prepararse para el proceso de sanaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda fase, &#8220;la reparaci\u00f3n&#8221;, se centr\u00f3 en el acto pr\u00e1ctico e introspectivo de la reparaci\u00f3n. Guiados por el principio de &#8220;Con\u00f3cete a ti mismo&#8221;, el grupo explor\u00f3 reacciones internas como la paciencia y la autoconciencia, y debati\u00f3 diferentes enfoques de sanaci\u00f3n.
