En la primera parte, los participantes recibieron\u00a0algunas recomendaciones te\u00f3ricas sobre c\u00f3mo mejorar sus habilidades para la comunicaci\u00f3n no verbal y fueron testigos de algunas escenas cortas, que claramente\u00a0demostraron\u00a0su importancia. Gracias a una serie de ejercicios, en la segunda parte el p\u00fablico tuvo la oportunidad de convencerse\u00a0personalmente de los resultados positivos del uso\u00a0adecuado de nuestros\u00a0gestos y posturas.
