El curso combina explicaciones te\u00f3ricas con ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos de textos traducidos y ofrece abundante informaci\u00f3n sobre terminolog\u00eda jur\u00eddica y estilo de redacci\u00f3n. Es adecuado tanto para hablantes nativos de espa\u00f1ol como de ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 aprender\u00e1?<br \/>\n1. Terminolog\u00eda jur\u00eddica clave en espa\u00f1ol e ingl\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>2. Soluciones pr\u00e1cticas a algunos dilemas de traducci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>3. Introducci\u00f3n a la teor\u00eda de la traducci\u00f3n (conceptos de registro, equivalencia, etc.) y su aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica<\/p>\n<p>4. Explicaciones claras de conceptos jur\u00eddicos, tales como los elementos de un contrato, la estructura de los tribunales en Espa\u00f1a y en el mundo anglosaj\u00f3n, y el papel de los notarios en el derecho de propiedad.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el profesor Julian Scott<\/p>\n<p>Licenciatura (B.A.) en Espa\u00f1ol con especializaci\u00f3n secundaria en Franc\u00e9s, Universidad de Londres (1979). Exprofesor de m\u00e1ster en Traducci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica y Especializada (Universidad de Westminster) y en Traducci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica (City University London).<br \/>\nMiembro del *Institute of Translation and Interpreting* y de la *Translators\u2019 Association*.
