La filosof\u00eda ha contribuido al bienestar humano desde sus propias experiencias, dando ejemplos especialmente de los Estoicos y reflexionando sobre aquellas cosas que podemos y no podemos controlar.<\/p>\n<p>Conocernos a nosotros mismos, crear nuevos h\u00e1bitos y poder construir una vida m\u00e1s enriquecedora son algunas de las ideas compartidas.
