En el curso -en l\u00ednea-, los participantes escucharon ense\u00f1anzas de Confucio y Gandhi. Ambos hablaron de que para mejorar el mundo primero necesitamos mejorar nuestro propio car\u00e1cter, y ambos vivieron sus vidas en consecuencia. Para lograr el cambio uno tiene que comenzar por \u00e9l mismo. Para hacer eso, con frecuencia tenemos que superar nuestros miedos, y finalmente tenemos que asegurarnos de que realmente se ha conseguido.
