El programa se publicit\u00f3 con una cita de S\u00e9neca, el fil\u00f3sofo y estadista romano: &#8220;Nada es nuestro, excepto el tiempo&#8221;. La charla se centr\u00f3 en la cuesti\u00f3n de si hacemos un buen uso de nuestro tiempo y si el tiempo mensurable y que pasa incesantemente es el \u00fanico tipo de tiempo que existe.<\/p>\n<p>Los humanos somos seres multidimensionales y cada aspecto f\u00edsico de nuestras vidas tiene un equivalente en el alma y el esp\u00edritu. Puede ser una pregunta, por ejemplo, cu\u00e1nto tiempo deber\u00edamos pasar con un amigo, pero de hecho la calidad del tiempo que pasamos juntos es mucho m\u00e1s importante.
