Es una larga tradici\u00f3n en la cultura griega y una parte importante de su patrimonio culinario). Hoy en d\u00eda ya no se hace tanto en preparaci\u00f3n antes de la Cuaresma, pero para nosotros es una oportunidad de uni\u00f3n, de acercarnos, de abrirnos a las personas que nos rodean.<\/p>\n<p><a
