New Acropolis invited Victoria Camps on occasion of World Philosophy Day (Barcelona, Spain)
Under the motto ‘Myths and tales as transmitters of philosophical values’, the recent World Philosophy Days counted with the presentation by Dr. Victoria Camps.
Victoria Camps, philosopher, writer and professor of Ethics at the UAB (Autonomous University of Barcelona), participated in the Philosophy Days of New Acropolis Barcelona with the lecture ‘Education and Fiction’.
She highlighted the role of stories, myths and fiction in human education and their emotional force in transmitting ethical values, and she substantiated her ideas in the significant philosophical formation she possesses.
