The Alajuela branch paid tribute to great women who strove to make the world a better place, in a talk entitled ‘Great Women of History’. Participants discovered the legacy of such great women as Hypatia, Madame Blavatsky, Marie Curie and the Costa Rican Yolanda Oreamuno.
