New Acropolis Boston volunteers organized and participated in the making of “Creativity Bags” with the participation of community members. The hand-decorated holiday themed bags were filled with donations from the volunteers, neighborhood store owners and local companies. The bags were then delivered to the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families in Cambridge in the spirit of sharing warmth and joy to foster children during the holiday period.
