“Japanese Night” in Sofia dedicated to one of the most inspiring eastern cultures. Presenters highlighted some of the most relevant elements of Japanese culture: the essential principles of martial arts, and their most practical aspects to address current problems; the Japanese alphabet: specific characteristics of Japanese writing and national psychology; Ikigai, the Japanese art of being happy in life; Kintsugi, the ancient art of arranging objects; Geisha, the ideal of a woman; Japanese tea: How to prepare it and what magic there is in this traditional beverage; Sushi, the wonders of Japanese cuisine; Origami: A quick workshop for the mind and hands.

This event inaugurated a series of thematic nights dedicated to different eastern and western cultures.
