We recently took a hike through the trails of the Lomas de Pamplona Municipal Park in zone 13 of the Capital City. Surrounded by a natural environment, we reflected on ‘Happiness according to Aristotle’ and how his contributions can be useful for us to live, not only in a more serene way, but also in a more harmonious way. This outdoor activity allowed us to connect with the natural philosophy of which the classical philosophers speak, recreating the practice of ‘The Peripatetics’, as did the students and followers of Aristotle.
