Members and students of New Acropolis from Lisbon, Oeiras and Almada (Portugal), attended the concert: Requiem Mass by Giuseppe Verdi, performed by the Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra and the Lisbon Cantat Symphonic Choir, in the Aula Magna of the University of Lisbon. Thus celebrating the 150th anniversary of the production of this monumental work in homage to the poet Manzoni.

As Professor Jorge Angel Livraga said, a work performed ‘in the Name of God’, but this time in a just and true way, from the most beautiful power of the human heart.
