In this Philosophical dialogue we tried to distinguish the different voices we have in our heads in order to try and realize which one are the real me, and how to lead the different wants and needs in one direction. We received some inspiration from horseback riding 4 different stages that allowed an in-depth view into our own inner leadership process.
