New Acropolis continues the task of raising awareness in the community about the conservation of the environment and the dangers of waste dumped in ditches, alleys and streams.

Once again, Mayor César Souza Júnior was supported by volunteers from New Acropolis Florianópolis, Civil Defence members and neighbours who joined the campaign to clean up Horacio Hill in the central area of the city.

Around 150 participants collected about eight tons of rubbish.
