Practical workshop on Japanese cuisine (Coimbra, Portugal)
Within the cycle carried out in Coimbra on Japan under the title ‘Approaching the Japanese Soul’, Dr. Inés Matos organized two seminars on Japanese cuisine.
Classes were also an encounter with the idiosyncrasies of this country whereby the participants not only learned to cook (what they enjoyed at the end), but also learned about the different cultural and social contexts in which these dishes were consumed.
