The cultural organization Cosmos of Culture and the European Network of Volunteers ‘Greece – E- Volunteers Forum’ organized the Volunteer & Culture Festival Without Borders -2014.

The Festival was held in celebration of International Volunteers Day, established by the U.N. whereby 50 voluntary organizations and institutions participated from the fields of volunteering and culture.
