Our room was full with attendees for a talk given by guest speaker Matthew Del Nevo. The topic attracted many Londoners who were interested in exploring the concepts of Spirit, Soul and Personality. Mathew explained how we deal in daily life with two levels: the level of personality and another which is deeper and constitutes what really matters. The Soul was defined as a key to our destiny, which is sometimes hard to find if we remain trapped on the personality level. What we say we are and what we are in fact tends to be separated by a gap in between. Soul work is needed to become attune to ourselves. The evening ended with hot drinks and discussions inspired by questions from the audience.
