Workshop on Japanese poetry at the central branch of New Acropolis in San Jose. The presentation was carried out by the director of New Acropolis Costa Rica and poet Hernán Sánchez Barro. Mr. Kawamoto, cultural representative of the Embassy of Japan,  as well as poet instructors Cristy van der Laat, Julio Quimbayo and Esteban Alonso Ramirez, attended the event whose objective was promoting Japanese culture through tanka poetry and haiku.
