‘Eco’ afternoon with the theme ‘waste as resource’ at New Acropolis Sofia, discussing changes in the environment caused by unreasonable human activity leading to disasters. There was a discussion about a solution to one of the major ecological problems – pollution – along with the potential future steps that can be taken in our daily lives to consider so-called waste as a valuable resource, which after use can be returned back to the cycle of production following the example of natural processes.

Through different games participants found ways to recycle garbage as for example, composting organic waste or recycling electronic devices, giving up plastic bags and plastic packages and giving preference to products contained in paper, cardboard or glass.
