New Acropolis Chicago celebrated National Poetry Month with a special activity on The Prophet, a work celebrating the 100th anniversary of the famous Gibran Khalil Gibran, poet, artist, writer and philosopher.

Sharing a delicious meal, participants recited Gibran’s beautiful poems and talked about the life of the poet. Reflections on his ideas made for an enriching discussion.
