New Acropolis of Atlanta director David Hirschorn gave a tour of the Etowah Indian Mounds in Cartersville, GA. The 54-acre archaeological site was first inhabited in 1000AD. The tour focused in how these ancient Mississippian people viewed their relationship to the Cosmos through the concepts of sacred time and space.
