Review of Aristotle’s Poetics (Guatemala)
New Acropolis invited Mr. Milton Torres, professor of Literature at the University of San Carlos in Guatemala and expert on the subject, who reviewed this work, and differentiated it from rhetoric, with which it is sometimes confused. This whole review is part of a project which seeks to demonstrate that Aristotelian poetics cannot be excluded from philosophy, because both are necessary and complementary.
A talk of great erudition and human content which motivated attendees to seek their creative streak and explore their artistic or scientific vocation even if it doesn’t fit what is fashionable.
