Campaign to collect clothes, school supplies, toys and children’s books for families affected by the floods that took place in the Sector el Rincón, of the community of San Jacinto, in the city of Merida.

In collaboration with eight other NGOs, New Acropolis supported the organization and logistics of the campaign, and with the delivery of items to the victims.

Almost a hundred people, in addition to the donated material resources (clothes, school uniforms, school supplies, shoes, ornaments, accessories, wallets, snacks and for the little ones there were also toys and children’s books), participated in several workshops such as: The power of the family, Sex education for disease prevention and birth control, and Psychological consequences amid natural disasters.
They benefited from hairdressing services, as well as medical assistance, and the children had all kinds of entertainment.
