In collaboration with the Human Development Association ADHU, a training day was held for the young people of the municipality of El Congo. This activity is part of the 16-day global activism campaign against gender-based violence promoted by the United Nations. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in 3 workshops on the prevention of violence in their lives through establishing a healthy self-esteem, body rhythm practices and ideas of how to develop a self-driven and resilient spirit.
