The Culture Circle of New Acropolis hosted a performance and talk on a classical Indian dance form by Gauri Sharma Tripathi titled ‘The Essence of Kathak’.

Gauri presented the history and philosophy behind the dance form and various concepts such as the master-disciple tradition, practice and reflection, were elaborated during the course of the evening.
