Restoring of the old “bike racks” of Lagoa and its surroundings, a public place next to the TILAG (bus terminal). New Acropolis carried out this initiative with a group of volunteers, as a proposal for community work actions for citizens with respect to the public environment. “When we’re together, we do something beautiful and very fast,” said one of the volunteers. “It’s really good to get together for something that’s not exactly ours. Do something the best we can without looking for any reward,” said another. The work team was supported by Mar Tintas and Lukscolor, who donated all materials for the implementation of the project.
