Participants of the “New Acropolis Chess Club” together with the organization “Ajedrez Costa Rica”, represented by Dr. Ricardo Murillo, organized two recreational tournaments, with an attendance of close to one hundred people. The funds raised in both activities were used for the purchase of materials for the maintenance of the facilities of the  Foundation Hogar Alfredo and Delia Gonzalez Flores.
