As part of the activities dedicated to Mother Earth Day, in the branch of the New Acropolis of Patras we cleaned the park located at the southern end of our city. We collected garbage, took care of paths and beautified this seaside park which is a breath of life and rest for many of our fellow citizens.

In Rethymno, too, there was the cleaning of the pine-covered suburban forest “PEFKAKIA” of the city of Rethymnon. The action was a collaboration of New Acropolis Branches of Rethymno and Chania. We cleaned the forest, pruned dry branches to protect the forest from possible fire in summer. 

After completing this action, we dedicated all our positive thinking and action by forming circles of positive energy around some of the trees of this beautiful space.
