This talk was given as part of “Active Philosophy Week” at the main centre of  New Acropolis Spain in Madrid. The speaker, Dr. Juan Martín Carpio, an expert in  ancient Egyptian culture, presented a detailed description of the factors affecting the soul according to the ancient Egyptians. Dr. Carpio is the author of a number of books, including The Seven Steps of Osiris and Tales of the Genii of the Nile, as well as the blog www.seraphis.es.
