New Acropolis in the World Philosophy Day presented an extremely interesting world of symbols, the charm of it consists not only in the diversity of symbols from different cultures and periods, but mainly in the timeless and universal message hidden under their surface. During the experiential evening, the participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with some well-known myths and their symbolism in a playful way, try out in individual tasks what it is like to walk the path of a hero and overcome various challenges of fate, and last but not least, take away inspiration for their own lives, in which everyone one of them can be an “everyday hero”.
