Volunteering at a Food Pantry (Chicago, USA)

Social Volunteering
The constant barrage of negative news items can make us feel helpless in the face of an incomprehensible world. Instead of closing ourselves more within the walls of “social” media, one can always step outside and do something positive and beneficial for others. Doing that, we can discover that taking action is always better than inaction, and it can even put a smile on our face.
Members of NA Chicago returned to their monthly volunteering activity at ICNA – a pantry for refugees in the Rogers Park neighborhood.
