Why do we think in one way and act in another? (Sofia, Bulgaria)
During a short lecture, the director of New Acropolis Bulgaria, analyzed the very human condition of thinking of profound and useful ideas, while at the same time not being able to put them into practice. Some possible reasons that were suggested: We consider information to be equal to knowledge without integrating knowledge into our personality, our goals are short termed, we use desire as a driving force in life, we lack bravery.
The lengthy debate after the lecture brought to light the rich experience every participant had with the topic and useful examples were shared of how to deal with the negative trend of not following our own intentions.
