People’s ability to be empathetic affects the success of their cooperation. And when collaboration goes well, synergy can be achieved. At the New Acropolis workshop in Banská Bystrica the participants tested their current skills of empathy and cooperation through various exercises, but also explained that it is possible and even good to develop them.
