Home Fitness and Philosophy of Health (Bulgaria)
New Acropolis Bulgaria held an event dedicated to personal health and wellbeing, titled – Home Fitness. One of the Sofia members – an experienced fitness instructor, taught the participants about the art of making physical exercises at home without any special fitness equipment. The event started with a very intriguing lecture on the theory of physical exercise and its importance to health and wellbeing mixed with some motivating quotations from ancient medics and philosophers on the role of physical activity for the health of both body and spirit. Then, there was a practical part with a training set for warm up, stretching and movement of all body parts. At the end of the event all participants felt refreshed and rejuvenated with motivation to bring that energy home and create a healthy habit.
