Promotion of Philosophy

Lecture: “Giordano Bruno and The Heroic Frenzies” took place in the Bucharest headquarters of New Acropolis. The presentation highlighted the teachings of the brilliant philosopher of the Renaissance, who remained in history by the dignity with which he defended his ideas even at the cost of his life. He wrote about the heroic attitude and the fire of love for essences that destroys what is transient. The love force has transformative valences for the human being. In the pursuit of wisdom and beauty, man uses intelligence and will, personified in ancient Greece by myth about Actaeon and Artemis. The ideas presented were an inspiration for sus and a call to live an Ideal of Good, Beautiful, Truth and Justice.
