Enriching Nei Kung Seminar that was open to all, from newcomers to seasoned practitioners. Everyone explored the martial art’s unique focus on inner strength and personal growth through engaging exercises and interactive sessions.
In the workshop we focused on the 9 Nei Kung principles related to character development: humility, concentration, perseverance, rhythm, continuity, focus, energy, reducing passions, self-defense and joy in the face of challenges, providing attendees with tools to enhance both their martial skills and daily lives.
The workshop included breathing exercises, imagination exercises, coordination exercises, concentration exercises, learning kata (a sequence of exercises), self-defense exercises and more.
The event fostered a supportive atmosphere that encouraged everyone to connect with their inner potential. It was a truly inspiring and rewarding experience for all who attended!
