World Philosophy Day

New Acropolis organized a walk around the Prague. The trip included short scenes and talks with figures from Czech history. First the participants met with legendary wise queen Libuše, then they talked to the famous architect Matthias of Arras who told them about the Prague in 14th century. After that the participants were able to learn about astrology and alchemy by finding symbols on the Old Town Bridge Tower and then learned some astronomy facts by meeting two renowned astronomers near Astronomy tower of Clementinum. These wise men were Tadeáš Hájek and Tycho Brahe who were just calculating arrival of a new comet.
