Philosophical Walk (Yokohama, Japan)
Despite the unfortunate weather, we held a philosophical walk around Kanagawa-shuku on the Tokaido road.
This is the second time we’ve walked the old Tokaido road, and we started our walk from Yokohama Station, which was under the sea during the Edo period. We climbed up from the sea to the road lined with teahouses, and several restaurants are still in business. Although it rained at times, it was impressive to see the participants’ refreshed expressions.
