In March, volunteers from Timișoara visited the residents of the ‘St. Arco. Michael and Gabriel Social Centre’. On this occasion they were told about the importance of health and how it can be improved through various practices. Several interactive exercises were done to stimulate attention and memory. Our hosts were very happy with our visit and invited us to come back with new exercise proposals to continue the training we have started.
