The ability to observe external processes and connect them internally to us is the ability to grow an inner life. We talked about the principles of doing something not for the sake of its fruit, practicing giving and generosity, and doing what we do with love and attention. We talked about the conditions for growing sourdough and also how they remind us to grow ourselves from within.
