Festival ‘Ruta B 612’, The Little Prince, (Quetzaltenango, Guatemala)

World Philosophy Day

‘The Little Prince’ is a classic of universal literature that this year celebrates 80 years since its publication; and in our headquarters in Quetzaltenango to commemorate World Philosophy Day we celebrate it with our Festival “Route B 612” dedicated to this work of art.
During one day we carried out different activities, where we developed our artistic skills by recreating the characters of the book in the watercolour and origami workshops, we immersed ourselves in the museum dedicated to ‘The Little Prince’, we went into a Cinema Forum to discover a new film adaptation, we had a talk and a reading of the book, we had a reading of the book, we had a reading of the book, we had a talk and a reading of the book, we had a reading of the book and a reading of the book, we talked in the talk and interpretative reading of the book, we immersed ourselves in the culture where the author was born with introductory French classes, we were captivated by the staging of the play ‘My friend the fox’ and we finished with our Art Party with live music where national artists performed works based on phrases from the book.
We discovered in all the activities the essence of philosophy in every corner of this writing, remembering that the essential is that which goes beyond the visible. Follow us and join us for more philosophical activities!
