Lecture and workshop “Mandala – a journey to find yourself”. There are many sacred and timeless symbols, but not all are as universal and all present as mandalas – we can find them in all cultures, traditions, times, and in nature as well. To draw your own mandala, you need to concentrate at its centre which helps you to dive inside your mind and find your own centre.
