Philosophical Forum “Man’s Search for Meaning” (Moscow, Russia)
The Philosophical Forum “Man’s Search for Meaning“, dedicated to the celebration of World Philosophy Day, became a platform for discussing current issues related to universal values, the search for meaning, and the aspiration to unite different traditions and cultures. Philosophy has always helped humankind find support in difficult situations, understand itself and others, and understand the laws of the universe.
The program was based on the idea that philosophy can serve as a link between science, culture, and volunteer work.
Three sections of the Forum brought together like-minded partners and participants:
1. Philosophy and Science: How do scientific discoveries influence our understanding of the world and ourselves?
2. Philosophy and Culture: How do cultural values shape our perception of reality and our interaction with others?
3. Philosophy and Volunteering: How can philosophical ideas inspire good deeds and social change?
The breaks were filled with lively debate of ideas and fruitful communication, a cheerful atmosphere of meeting like-minded people and planning future joint projects.
