Seminar: More energy, better health (Lisbon, Portugal)
In today’s society, chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity have become global epidemics. But what if these conditions, often considered inevitable, could be prevented, or even reversed, by tackling the real roots of health problems?
New Acropolis Lisbon held a seminar, led by João Pedro Pio, a volunteer, where the traditional paradigm was challenged, proposing an innovative, science-backed approach to achieving lasting vitality.
It explored how mitochondrial function, metabolism and small changes in daily habits can unlock the regenerative potential of the human body, in a journey where science and self-knowledge met and where it was discovered how to rebuild a healthy and resilient body that allows us to live well until the end of our lives.
