Talk on ‘The Trials of Socrates & the Art of Happiness’ on January 21st
A big group of people joined us on a dark January evening to explore the life and teachings of one of histories greatest philosophers. From the trials he endured and overcame to the universal teachings of lasting happiness, Socrates remains a source of inspiration to this day.

Talk on “The Brevity of Life – Inspires by Seneca

We feel that life is short or that we never have enough time. Seneca asks the question, “but how much time do you waste?”.
Our first talk in 2025 in Dublin attracted the largest number of attendees in the recent year. Lively discussion ensued in the break and after the talk about a subject that remains even more current today, than in Seneca’s days. The famous Stoic philosopher who is perhaps most know for his direct and clear style inspired many to reflect on these as well.

“Life is very short and anxious for those who forget the past, neglect the present, and fear the future.”  Seneca
