At the regular meeting in a National Rehabilitation Center in Kováčová New Acropolis Slovakia introduced another personality from the field of history and archaeology: Jean-François Champollion. “The Egyptian”, as many knew him, dedicated his entire life to exploring and getting to know the heart of nearby Egypt, its spirit, culture, and history. The result of his tireless efforts and perseverance was the deciphering of ancient hieroglyphs, thus allowing future generations to come closer to a better understanding of this incredibly interesting culture.
